THIRSTY OWL WINE COMPANY Who We Are: The
land that is now the Thirsty Owl Wine Company was part of a
Revolutionary War grant awarded to Sgt. Florence Marony for his
courageous service during the American Revolution. The land was then
sold to a speculator, John Dunlap, shortly thereafter. In 1828, 196
acres of the original lot was purchased and maintained by various
owners until 1881. That year, the Ditmer family took ownership of the
land and remained the sole proprietors for the next 83 years. In
2002, the Thirsty Owl Wine Company was formed by Jonathan Cupp. His
family now carries on the rich tradition of grape growing and fine wine
production.

McGREGOR WINERY Who We Are: The McGregor family established their winery in 1980 and began producing Chardonnay, Riesling, Gewürztraminer and Pinot Noir that year. Since its inception McGregor Winery has followed the European philosophy of winemaking. Each year's production of estate bottled wines is a reflection of the "voice of the grapes", the skill of the vineyard manager and the art of the winemaker.
RAVINES WINE CELLARS Who We Are: Ravines Wine Cellars is a boutique winery in an emerging world-class wine region, the Finger Lakes of upstate New York. It is the dream and passion of Morten & Lisa Hallgren, a European Winemaker/Oenologist and his Chef/Foodie wife. ATWATER ESTATE VINEYARDS Who We Are: Atwater Estate Vineyards and Winery is located on the southeastern shore of Seneca Lake in the heart of Finger Lakes Wine Country of New York State. Located 7 miles north of Watkins Glen, our vineyards, containing sixteen different varieties of grapes, grow on a glacier-carved hillside that extends from Route 414 to just above the water’s edge.

HAZLITT 1852 VINEYARD & WINERY Who We Are: Hazlitt 1852 Vineyards & Winery, having entered its twentieth year of wine sales, might be considered a youngster in this industry. However, 20 years of retail doesn't do justice to the history and experience of the Hazlitt clan. Viticulture has been the life blood of the family for 151 years. On April 1, 1852 David Hazlitt and his wife Clarissa Roberts Hazlitt purchased 153 acres in the hamlet of Hector including most of present day Peach Orchard Point. The property's fruit trees and vineyards provided regionally sold produce that the Hazlitts shipped via wagon, boat, and the ever-expanding railroad. This era also saw the opening in Hammondsport of Great Western Winery and the demand for Hazlitt grapes in wine production.
